By completing these forms before you arrive, you’ll expedite your dental care and make it possible for us to offer you more personalized treatments from the moment you walk through the door. VIP Membership Club
If you don’t have traditional dental insurance, we invite you to join our VIP Membership Club. For a reasonable annual fee, you receive all of your preventive care at no additional charge and receive deep discounts on other services.
Flexible Financing
We work with Lending Club and CareCredit to offer qualified patients low or no-interest financing. These third-party financiers specialize in medical and dental credit plans and can be used for any expenses you, your family, or even your pets accrue for medical and dental treatment.
